People search by what hurts and where they live. I build a page for every condition you treat in every town you serve, so they find you first.
One practice treating back pain, neck pain, sports injuries and auto accident injuries, across 8 towns.
Each one needs its own page. Most businesses have a handful.
The right things, in the right order.
I count every search you're missing, clean up your Google listings and turn on call tracking.
Every service and every town gets its own page, with your local details on it.
Your rebuilt site goes live, and your first monthly report shows who called and from where.
About an hour a month of your time. I do the work, you approve it.
I'm Mike Behrens. By day I run all the marketing for a healthcare company with more than 140 locations, by myself, with systems I built. Go and Make is that same setup, sized for your business.
I'm an owner-operator too. Ten seasons running a youth volleyball club and a design business with my wife. I know what doing marketing at the kitchen table at 9 PM feels like.
You'll deal with me, not an account manager. Every email answered within one business day.

I show up already knowing how many searches you're missing. You leave with that number whether you hire me or not.
You get the exact pages, the price and the timeline.Say yes or no. No setup fee, nothing due before we start.
I build, you approve, and the pages go live.Every month, one page shows you how many people called.
I don't run ads, I don't do social media, and I don't work with physical therapy companies. Who this is for
Not yet. Go and Make is new, and I won't make any up. What I do have is the system I run every day for more than 140 locations, and your own numbers, which you'll see before you pay anything. Call tracking starts in month one, so from then on the proof is your own phone ringing.
Fair question. Yes, I have a day job, and that day job is the reason to hire me. I do this Monday through Friday at a bigger scale than yours. You're buying four to six hours a week from someone who has already solved your problem, instead of twenty hours a week from a coordinator who has never seen a fifteen-location rollout. And you get me within one business day, every time. If I ever can't hold that, I'll tell you before you notice.
You commit to six months, then it's month to month with 30 days notice. Six isn't a sales tactic. Local search doesn't really move until around day 120, so anything shorter means paying for the setup and leaving right before the results. Expect early movement at 60 to 90 days and real ranking change at 120 to 180. Anyone promising leads in 30 days is running paid ads or lying to you. Everything I build stays yours either way.
Google penalizes unhelpful content and has said so directly. It doesn't care how it was produced. AI does production here. I do the strategy, the local details and the review, and nothing publishes that I haven't read. Your page for a town has that town's details on it, because that's what makes it rank.
No, and I'm not going to start. The day I'm managing your ad spend is the day I'm on budget calls instead of building your pages. Social is a full-time job that has little to do with whether people find you when they're ready to buy. I do search. Hire a media buyer for ads and I'll make sure the pages they send traffic to actually convert.
I'll have your number counted before we ever talk. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you and point you somewhere useful.
This comes straight to me. I reply within one business day.
