Book a Call

Fair Questions

The things owners ask me most, answered straight.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. Go and Make is new, and I won't make any up. What I do have is the system I run every day for more than 140 locations, and your own numbers, which you'll see before you pay anything. Call tracking starts in month one, so from then on the proof is your own phone ringing.

You have a full-time job. Am I getting your leftovers?

Fair question. Yes, I have a day job, and that day job is the reason to hire me. I do this Monday through Friday at a bigger scale than yours. You're buying four to six hours a week from someone who has already solved your problem, instead of twenty hours a week from a coordinator who has never seen a fifteen-location rollout. And you get me within one business day, every time. If I ever can't hold that, I'll tell you before you notice.

What if it doesn't work?

You commit to six months, then it's month to month with 30 days notice. Six isn't a sales tactic. Local search doesn't really move until around day 120, so anything shorter means paying for the setup and leaving right before the results. Expect early movement at 60 to 90 days and real ranking change at 120 to 180. Anyone promising leads in 30 days is running paid ads or lying to you. Everything I build stays yours either way.

Is the content AI-written? Doesn't Google penalize that?

Google penalizes unhelpful content and has said so directly. It doesn't care how it was produced. AI does production here. I do the strategy, the local details and the review, and nothing publishes that I haven't read. Your page for a town has that town's details on it, because that's what makes it rank.

Do you run Google Ads or social media?

No, and I'm not going to start. The day I'm managing your ad spend is the day I'm on budget calls instead of building your pages. Social is a full-time job that has little to do with whether people find you when they're ready to buy. I do search. Hire a media buyer for ads and I'll make sure the pages they send traffic to actually convert.

Why are you cheaper than an agency?

There's one salary here: mine. The AI system does the production work a junior team would do at an agency, and I have no office, no account managers and no sales department to feed. You're paying for judgment and execution, not overhead.

You're one person. What if you get sick?

That's the honest trade, and I won't pretend otherwise. Everything lives in your accounts, in your name, on a platform any competent person can pick up. Nothing proprietary is holding your business hostage, and the workflows are written down. If that risk is a dealbreaker, hire an agency. I'll tell you that on the call too.

Who actually does the work?

I do. Every client, every deliverable, every report. The AI system multiplies my output, but nothing ships without me on it. I only take on a new client when I can hold the same standard for the ones I already have.

I only have one location. Is this for me?

Probably. Locations aren't what matters, searches are. Six services pulling from eight neighborhoods is 48 different searches, and you probably have two pages answering them. One building, a lot of searches going to somebody else.

Is there a setup fee or a build fee?

No. Nothing up front beyond your first month. Most agencies charge $8,000 to $15,000 to rebuild a site before you've seen a result. The rebuild, every page, the Google cleanup, lead capture and call tracking are all inside the monthly.

How does this compare to what I already spend?

HVAC and plumbing companies are generally told to put 7 to 12 percent of revenue into marketing. Dental practices, 3 to 5 percent of collections. A $3M company on Foundation is spending about 1.4 percent. Usually I'm replacing a web guy and a small agency retainer, not adding on top of them.

Do you work with any business?

No. Multi-location and high-revenue local service businesses: dental and specialty dental groups, chiropractic and orthopedic practices, and home services and trades doing $2M or more. I don't work with physical therapy companies, because that's my employer's business. If you're not a fit, I'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere useful.

Can't I just do this with AI myself?

You can try. But AI is a power tool, and a power tool doesn't build the deck. Twenty years of knowing what to build is what you're hiring.
